The Next Level of Outsourced 3(38) & 3(21) Fiduciaries

Many non-fiduciary advisors and record keepers are facing increased pressure from their retirement plan clients and prospects to offer a 3(38) or 3(21) fiduciary solution. On top of that, there is a growing market demand for outsourced fiduciaries to take a consultative approach when creating plan investment menus. Currently many fiduciary services simply provide a canned investment menu that does not satisfy employers who favor plan-specific attention.
